2. Hosting Image- Go to tinypic.com
2. Knowledge about Photo Editing. Like Adobe photoshop
3. Knowledge about CSS- cascading style sheet.

1.Go to any image hosting site.
Like tinypic.com- CLICK HERE!


2.Click Browse and choose image
or picture then click upload.


3.Copy the url or  "direct link for layouts".
DonE!.

1. Create account.
2. Go to my files.
3. Create Text file.
4. Copy The CSS Code and Paste it.
5.  Save the file with .css at the end. Ex. flipsassy.css
6. Click Create.
7. The Direct Link will serve as your CSS external code
